and ship owners from qualified companies
of Genoa operating in industrial construction,
conversion, naval repairs, nautical sectors,
with regard to the following activities:
1. Piping plant:
- Working and welding of flange pipes in crude
and stainless steel, alloys and special materials;
- Setting of stainless piping for gaseous and
liquid fluids' loading plant;
- Piping setting for naval engine rooms.
- Sitting of new technologies piping (press
fitting, cunipress, profipress);
- Setting of fire-proof plant piping;
- Construction and setting of jacket, deck
and guide-pipes for offshore platforms.
2. Ship repair:
Repair of hulls, structures and piping
plants
for:
- Cruise and merchant ship;
- Passengers and cargo ferries;
- Chemical and gas tankers, oceanographic ship.
Ships cruising the Mediterranean and needing
repair interventions can undergo such repairs
by turning to a pier located near Genoa
harbours'
entrance.
3. Welding:
Qualified and certified manpower for the
interventions outlined here below according
to WPS specifications; such interventions
can be carried out in any European location.
- Non fusible electrode welding with inert
gas protection (TIG);
- Wire electrode welding with gas protection
( MIG and MAG);
- Arc welding with coated electrodes;
- Continuous wire welding under flux protection.
4. Commercial promotion:
Promotion of industrial, shipbuilding and
nautical agreements in favour of companies
interested in sub-contracting to third companies
for production of components and manufactured
articles based on their know how such promotion
being aimed at favouring inter-companies
agreements.
