Activities of courses' design, teaching implementation,
supervision and coordination, monitoring
and learning' s post-evaluation to significantly
contribute to the progressive and flexible
efficiency improvement of company ' s structures
in line with de demand ' s requirements:
- Managerial Training:
- Managerial culture development, as a key
factor for the critical roles involved in the competitiveness growth
and/or boost of
either a public or a private system.
- Acquisition of flexible managerial competences
so to adapt to
the demand needs in an ever articulated and
complex market
featured by a competitive system in constant
evolution.
- Internationalisation of managerial culture
to face the integration
of the economy, of market and administrative
systems.

- Refresher courses: short term, aimed at
improving the
professional expertises.
- Qualification courses: creation of professional
profiles able to
perform with autonomy and competence the
typical duties
foreseen by the roles to be covered.
- Specialisation: deepening specific issues
tied to the professional
profile of reference.
The training activities, to take place at
the company ' s headquarters and financed
by non-reimbursable contributions, could
adequately be programmed compatibly with
the company ' s productive activity.
Companies and inter- companies training courses
for employed and unemployed people, the latter
benefiting of the law subventions for temporary
or permanent recruitments .
SCD provides full assistance for:
- Design of training activities in order to
beneficiate of non-reimbursable contributions.

Coordination of training activities and dealing
with al required administrative practices.
Teaching may be either in-house or outside
the company.
